Return Shipping Label Guarantee
FedEx Return Shipping Labels purchased through our company, or included in products purchased through resellers, are guaranteed by Alpha Energy Laboratories according to the below policies:
- If your test arrives damaged, the test may be invalid or be an estimated reading due to damage. We will replace the test kit(s) and will provide a new shipping label.
- If your test arrives more than 10 days after the stop of the test, the test may be invalid or be an estimated reading due to a transit delay. We will replace the test kit(s) and provide a new shipping label.
- If any other issue occurs with your test that causes the result to be an error or to be an estimated reading, we will replace the test kit(s) and provide a new shipping label.
- Please note: We cannot ensure that any shipment will arrive on time or undamaged; we are not a shipping company and FedEx is responsible for proper delivery of your shipment. We will stand by our guarantee by providing you with a replacement product and shipping label.
If you would like a refund for your shipping label, we can offer a refund under the following circumstances:
- You purchased the shipping label directly from Alpha Energy Labs. We cannot refund shipping labels acquired through resellers, however, a replacement label will be offered according to the above list.
- You agree that a new shipping label will not be included with your replacement test kit; you can request a refund or a new label, but you will not receive both.
- Your test arrived in the lab later than the promised delivery timeline. We can refund the label purchase at your request. We cannot refund shipping labels acquired through resellers.
